The President of the Society, Mr. Ravi Mishra, a graduate in law, has had the opportunity to work in various projects organised by Delhi Legal services authority and his strong managerial, leadership skills and the zeal to do something for the society urged him to initiate Vikalp.

Working as the secretary programme ( weekend education programme) and head programmes for the organisation, Smriti suri has worked with Koshish, a TISS initiative working for the issue of homelessness and destitution. Mr. Aditi Saroha
Associate secretary ( Public Relations)
Working as the Associate secretary ( Public Relations) in Vikalp, Aditi Saroha is a lawyer by profession and has been working for the society since its inception.
Simran Bhat is working as the Secretary (Finance) in Vikalp. It is the mark of an educated mind to entertain a thought without accepting it. So she believes that education can bring happiness in the society. She is a graduate of Law and has done her internship in a non-profit organisation named micro pension. She is in Vikalp so that she on her part can help the society grow in any way possible. 09582295652 (M)
She joined Vikalp in 2012 as a volunteer, She was working as the Executive Member(PR) since July 2015. Now she is working as General Secretary from April 2017 onwards. Ritu Rajkumari have been contributing to betterment of society through her various actions, be it mass literacy campaigns organised by Delhi State Legal Services Authority or volunteer work for Legal Aid Centre, USLLS, she is committed to solving problems.
She has expertise in Public Relations and Social Media Management as well as technical skills required to execute any task related to her competency, she is an integral cog of our society.
She is currently a practicing advocate in Delhi.
Currently pursuing law, Pragya Rathi has been associated with Vikalp since the past three years. She has had the experience of working with Delhi Legal Service Authority in the field of legal aid. Moreover, she has also worked with the National Commission for Women. Her inclination towards Child Rights, Right to Education and Women is what has inspired her to work for Vikalp.
Her motto is - "Help will always be given at Vikalp to those who ask for it"
Executive Member And Area Head
He is a 3rd Year Economics Student at Shri Ram College of Commerce, and plus an Actuarial Science student, serves as an Executive and Area Head for Kirti Nagar here at Vikalp. With his sheer passion for education, reflected through his dedication for teaching, he vows to make a change in the society, and contribute as much as possible towards uplifting underprivileged students as he truly believes education alone can pave way for a brighter future. He has juggled with teaching, organizing legal workshops, and training students to tap their unutilized potential.
Professional Qualification : Pursuing BALLB from USLLS, GGSIPU.
The fundamental reason she joined Vikalp : The problems regarding education and counselling goes unattended once a child leaves the school premises, which bothered her. She joined to be able to solve that.

It has come to the notice of the office bearers of Vikalp Law Society that some people are trying to impersonate themselves as volunteers, who are working for the society. Kindly note that no one, except for the names of volunteers on the website and facebook page, is currently associated with Vikalp law Society in any manner.
Whoever misuses the society's name or impersonates the same is subject to legal prosecution.
